The event will take place in the Conference Room of Community Base, 113 Queens Road. Use the South Wing entrance and the intercom to the Conference Room. Its on the 5th floor, which you can get to via steps or a lift. It is fully wheelchair accessible.

Refreshments will be provided.

Community Base is close to the train station and lots of buses stop on Queens Road. There is also an RCP car park around the corner on North Road.
